Atlas Brown Dust

Atlas Stainless Steels is a maker of stainless products 

and owns a plant in Tracy, Québec where sheets of 

stainless steels are rolled. This brown dust comes from 

the anti-pollution system of themelting department 

and has the following general formula:

This waste material was 170 mesh sieved.

 A theoritical substitution is as follows for 

each 1% of the stuff :

Dolomite                              0.092                         

Silica                                   0.014

Poussière Brune d'Atlas

Les Aciers Inoxydables Atlas est un fabricant de 

produits en acier inoxydable et possède

une usine à Tracy, Québec où des feuilles d'acier

 sont produites. Cette poussière brune

provient du système anti-pollution de son acierie,
